The full weekend rises to 2,599 DKK on 1 November 2026 and 3,099 DKK on 4 August 2027. From 4 August 2027, Friday’s day-tour is 1,199 DKK, Sunday brunch 299 DKK and the J-Day-only ticket 449 DKK. All changeovers are at 00:00 Copenhagen time.
Prices are in DKK. Booking fees are added at checkout and paid by the participant. Euro amounts are approximate, using 1 EUR = 7.60 DKK. Payment is in DKK.

When and where is NEARTM 2027?
In Copenhagen, Denmark, from Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 November 2027. The exact venues will be announced as they are confirmed.
Who is the weekend for?
Tablers and friends of Round Table from around the world, especially the Northern Europe & Americas region. Friday’s J-Day party also welcomes Danish guests joining for that evening.
What will the main package include?
The THURS–SUN ticket includes Thursday’s welcome party, Friday’s J-Day party, Saturday’s Table Talks, meetings, group workshops and lunch, the sauna party and dinner, Saturday’s afterparty, and a weekend metro card. Friday’s day-tour, Sunday’s brunch and hotel accommodation are not included.
What is an optional extra?
Friday’s day-tour to Kronborg and Helsingborg and Sunday’s champagne-and-oyster brunch are optional add-ons. Thursday’s welcome party is included in the full weekend. Friday’s national board meetings are coordinated separately.
Can I tell you about food allergies?
Yes. You can enter your food allergies in the guest questions in Ticketo after purchasing your tickets.
Do you arrange accommodation?
Hotel accommodation is not included in any ticket. Participants book and pay for their own hotel. Suggestions will follow once the main meeting venue is confirmed.
How will I get around Copenhagen?
A weekend metro card is included in the THURS–SUN ticket. The Friday day-tour add-on includes its train and ferry travel. Airport welcome assistance and pass collection details will follow.
What should I bring for Saturday evening?
Swimwear and suitable layers for a November evening outdoors. We’ll confirm the final sauna location and whether towels, robes or other items are provided.
